Peptide Dosing Calculator+

Enter compound, desired dose, syringe size and BAC water volume to get the exact syringe units to draw, concentration in mg/ml, micrograms per unit, and how long the vial lasts at that dose. Works for BPC-157+TB-500, Retatrutide, GHK-Cu, MOTS-c, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, and Semax. Research use only.

[ How it works ]

How the calculation works

  1. Concentration = vial mg ÷ BAC water ml. A 10mg vial in 2ml of BAC water = 5 mg/ml.
  2. Syringe draw (ml) = desired dose ÷ concentration. For 1.5mg at 5 mg/ml that's 0.3ml.
  3. Syringe units = ml × 100 (U-100 syringes are 100 units per ml). 0.3ml = 30 units.
  4. Micrograms per unit = concentration × 10. Useful for small-dose peptides like Semax or MOTS-c.
  5. Vial duration = vial mg ÷ dose per administration, rounded down to whole days.
